MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

In this role you will oversee the daily operations of club departments. This will require a full understanding of business strategies, club and company systems and the ability to train and develop staff. You will be using your knowledge of the market to drive club culture for the benefit of both the staff and the members focusing on retention, sales and the delivery of exceptional experiences in all phases of our business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

30% Club Development
▪ Recruit, hire, train, counsel, supervise and motivate development and discipline of staffs
▪ Organize HODs meeting daily
▪ Ensure and maintain Daily Staff Communication Program
▪ Achieve minimal staffing targets
▪ Manage a succession planning program at all times

25% Production management
▪ Achieve monthly club total revenue goals
▪ Hold daily accountability meetings with Membership Sales and Personal Training departments
▪ Perform quality inspection tasks such as: review daily activities and perform quality checks, follow up with members to ensure the are receiving exceptional care, reviewing content of CMS to ensure all data is correct and accurate
▪ Partner with Marketing Executive to create and implement monthly marketing plan, activities and events
▪ Partner with Marketing Executive to manage the Lead Box Program

20% Member retention
▪ Increase renewals
▪ Organize at least one event per month for members with different purposes in order to create more benefits for members.
▪ Meet operational and capital budget targets
▪ Report budgetary needs to District Operations Manager
▪ Conduct at minimum of 10 Member Care calls per month and document results
▪ Drive customer service training and procedures as per company issued training schedule
▪ Manage high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring their needs and requests are attended to with in the Service Level Agreement
▪ Spend at least 2 hours at Reception Desk during peak hours daily – interact with members and guests; observe staff interaction and model operational procedures
▪ Achieve Club efficiencies by proposing Policy and Procedural improvements
▪ Complete receptions, housekeeping, security and F&B observations daily

▪ 10% Facilities Maintenance
▪ Audit club daily and follow up with maintenance to make sure all the facilities in order to serving members
▪ Perform Maintenance and club cleanliness tour as per company policy

10% Retail Targets
▪ Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to company’s standards
▪ Complete store walk through 3 times a week
▪ Review monthly staffing plans and recruiting processes with Director of F&B

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

▪ A college degree or higher preferably business, foreign language or hospitality industry
▪ English speaking is essential
▪ Good understanding of club operation management
